Each home features a unique design and custom floor plan developed in coordination with subdivision requirements and street improvements.

  • California Coastal Commission Entitlement: California’s precious shore is especially susceptible to environmental disruptions. For this reason, building on the coast comes with many regulations to ensure that a new house construction does not affect wildlife, public access, and natural beauty. With us, you can easily navigate these complicated regulations.
  • Low-impact development (LID): Built-up areas cannot deal with rainwater as well as nature can. But with our custom house designs, your home will meet all LID requirements and have a minimal environmental impact without affecting the attractiveness of the home.
